Applications:  

A 26kDa band was detected in the Western blotting experiment (as shown on Fig.1) when the antibody was used at a 1:300,000 diluted concentration, and 2.5 μg GST antigen was loaded to the gel.  The 26kDa band corresponds to the full length GST protein.  Fig.1 (See image):  Western blot analysis of GST full length protein (2.5 μg) using anti-GST polyclonal antibody.
