Description: HRP conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (ELISA grade) polyclonal antibody. Produced by hyperimmunizing the host animal with highly purified mouse IgG fraction. The rabbit IgG fraction is prepared from antisera with a Protein G affinity column. This polyclonal antibody is conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using a modification of the periodate procedure described by Wilson and Nakane1.
